should i wait for taxes

I own my own business, just a small business, but i did make about 10,000 less in o7 then in 08. Should i wait to file chapter 13 after i do my taxes so i will show less income. Will they only look at 07 with a business, or do they want so many years worth, and will i have to show my earnings for 08 on a reg. basis. Thanks alot again.
