    Done!!!!

Hi guys after almost six years i finally got my
discharge today. The last 2 years
have been a nightmare with car repairs and almost getting my case dismiss. long story short
i used my tax return for major car repairs. Lucky
for me i kept all off my bills and we worked it out with the trustee to pay back 3 of 5 years of tax returns. Never again will get myself in this kind of debt again i do need a car, i've driving this one
for almost ten years. But not until a little credit repair.
I just want to thank you guys
for help me get though some bad times now
hopefully there will be some good times

just one more note when and if you receive
a refund cash it right away when they say all checks have to clear they mean all checks!. I Was
a little lazy in cashing mine and my discharge was delayed because of it.

Talk about your car being 10 years old..............right now mine is 21 years old and still going strong 94,000 miles......

I will drive that sucker till the wheels fall off of it or the parts wear out completely................

Then I'll get me another for another 20 years, lol.................

Great feeling. We finished our plan 26 months ago. We continue to bank what we used to pay trustee. We were able to pay cash for a decent used car after 12 months from completing, but I still drive the other, a 1994 Nissan Sentra. I have averaged around $700. per year in repairs in the last two years, but this is still cheaper than a newer car. I will say the experience of the BK 13 showed we could definately live on less, and we continue to do so. After 15 years of fighting high interest on debt, we now only have a mortgage.

Pat yourself on the back! Completing the plan is a major accomplishment, and hopefully now you are on the road to less stress, and better financial future!
