Foreclosure after discharge [Archive]

My ch 7 was discharged last week in which my property was surrendered and that same day i was served with the foreclosure papers. Now someone is offering to pay us a sum of money in exchange for a quit claim deed. My questions are:
1. Is this legal.
2. Will we have to claim the money to the trustee.
3. Am I responsible for any monetary loss for the sale of the house.
