Getting served post-filing

How about this one?

I filed in July 07, discharged in Oct 07, and just got served with foreclosure papers tonight, 1/23/08.

Is this a violation of the automatic stay? I am still stayed since the bk is not closed (asset case).

Nope...not a violation...the automatic stay ends at discharge.

If you are not current on your mortgage, as soon as your case is discharged, the lender can foreclose.
