Hello every one. i am new to this forum but i am very near the end of my Ch. 13.
I have paid into the plan $72,403 on a $71,635 base. According to the NDC this leaves a grand total of $768 leftover. Not including two payments of $634 each that have been made and not added to the website for a total of $2036 that has not been reported to the NDC nor has it been distributed.

I wish that i had known about this forum 5 years ago it would have made things much easier for me and my wife. I guess my question to any one that has finished their 13 is what is going on? My lawyer (that does not communicate much with me over the life of the plan) told me that my plan was due to be over in Feb. does this activity mean that the end is near?

any thoughts?

yeah...your getting close.. my plan was 36 months or until I met my base, whichever was greater. In my case it was my base so I was in my plan about 37 months. After this occured I still made a couple more payments and my trustee continued to make my house payments, after base was made, monies above my house payment were distributed to me. Got a nice little check to help with my rebuilding....CONGRATS ON SUCCESSFULLY FINISHING YOUR PLAN!!!!
