My wife and I went to our 341 yesterday. Like most everyone that has been, we went with a lot of anxiety. First and foremost we wanted to get it behind us. But, everyone is afraid of "what will happen".
IT WAS A PIECE OF CAKE!!!
Basically, I made the whole process easier for ourselves by doing the research and such before filing. A good lawyer also helped by making sure all of our ducks were in a row.
The trustee basically asked some standard questions about our case and a few "custom" questions about ours in general. Basically the custom questions were asking about deductions being taken out of our paycheck and a few other miscellaneous things.
I think the meeting lasted all of 10 minutes.
Finally got that behind us and can't wait until we are CONFIRMED.
