How long does it take for the courts to get discharge papers out? Ive been checking on pacer almost everyday and the status hasnt changed. My friends due date was June 6 and still she has received nothing and pacer still says awaiting closing. Just wondering how long it takes because my objection due date is Monday June 27 and am starting to get nervous.

Same thing with us....still waiting.....June 6th was our date as well.
Our attorney told us on Friday that Pacer was revamping their website and the information therein was not up to date.
We just keep checking the mailbox everyday. Our attorney said that if he nor we received any objections before June 6th (none received) that the discharge papers were being processed. He said the courts are very busy with folks trying to get filed before new laws kick in sometime in October; consequently they are backed up. Tick, tock.......
