What about the house?

I live in PA and had a chapter 7 discharged in april of 2005. According to the bankruptcy docs we had surrendered the home we owned back to the bank. It has been almost three years and I just went to buy a car only to discover that there were tax leins showing on my credit from this property. The bank that held the mortgage has since went bankrupt themselves and I guess they never transferred the deed and tax info out of my name. Is there anything I can do?
