chap 7 in FL questions

I have a 5 year old son who receives $571 a month in SSI/disability because he is severely autistic. Will they include this in our income?

Also my husband has a credit card that he is a co-signer with his father on. If his father is the primary and has been making payments, will this cause an issue with us filing?

The SSI wold probably be considered income, but its exempt income so it won't matter in the overall caclulations, (but include it on your income statement).

So long as somone keeps paying on the credit card, it won't matter. Just realize that the father will now be solely on the hook for the charges made to that card.
