after 341 meeting......

what actually goes on during the 3 months after the meeting..my hearing last week went ok and was no longer than 2 minutes. can they still access or watch your checking account after this meeting? what do they do during this time? any info would be helpful.. thanks

They do not access or watch your checking account. The trustee prepares their report during this time, and decides if he/she want's to make any exempions. Also, your creditors review their options. But bascially, not much happens if yours is a run-of-the-mill chapter 7 BK.
