    another payday loan question

    okay, do i need to include this payday loan on my bk and if so what do i do if they do cash the check they have from me? do i stop payment on that check before thsy have a chance to cash it and if i do will they come after me for nsf if i am in the middle of a bk?

    Yes go ahead and list this debt in your BK. I dont understand your question about the check.

      well see i wrote a check and they cashed it, what they do is they hold your personal check until your next payday, then you go in and pay them back the money and they give you back the check you wrote to receive the money. i am wondering that since i am including them on my bk do i need to cancel that check they have? if i don't they can cash the check to get their money back causing my checking account to be overdrawn. i am sorry i know this confusing but this is the only way i know to explain it!!!
