what...no phone calls today

well i woke up this morning checked my phone and i had no missed calls... i usually have like 5 missed calls from cc services and collections but today so far nothing, im kinda worried
are they planning to sue me now? i havent filed for bk yet

whats going on? i have gotten use to them calling me i programmed them into my phone and put "dont pick up or u owe me money" now im nervous ....

maybe they just gave up...lol

Some of them tend to do that. Usually they stop calling and a few weeks later they escalate the threats by telling you that they are "sending your account to their legal department for future action" or "today's the last day before it goes to legal". My all time favorite that I got today was "you have until 2:45pm today"...how random is that? Just because their shift ends at that time, that's my deadline?

Either way, I just had a good laugh about it. My final payment to my lawyer is taken out on 2/29, I'm mailing them all the paper work on 2/25 and as soon as they receive it and process it, they're going to file my BK.

Take that creditors!

I have noticed calls from some creditors drop in frequency even though they don't know about the BK yet. The few that know have stopped calling completely. There are even some who haven't started calling.

I too am always surprised when I check my voicemail and there are NO calls.
