anyone know if in a ch 13 with a foreclosure do you owe the arrearage? We were looking at the NDC it says under flags No dispursement to be made. Does that mean we owe nothing.
We are still waitng to hear from lawyer. Trustee office says never got letter from lawyer stating case plan met ready for review. Lawyer said 2 months ago all out of his hands. 2 calls & 2 emails no response. Hopefully it is a mistake. NDC says status :Awaiting Trustee report. So one would think something is being looked at. I am obsessed can't think of anything except when will this all be over. Thanks to all
