    "seen and objected to"

The trustee for my chapter 7 filed a "motion to dismiss for substantial abuse" and we had a court hearing which resulted in the judge denying the trustee's dismissal.
On Pacer it shows that on June 24 my attorney filed a docket with a statement from the judge denying the dismisal. Then it is signed by the attorney stating: "I ask for this".
There is a second page signed by the trustee stating: "seen and objected to".
Is this standard, or does it mean that the trustee is appealing the case?
There are no other records after this one. But it has a due/set date of July 5.
I suppose that means the trustee could file an appeal until that date. How likely is a trustee to do this?

The moderator on this forum could better answer whether that is standard or not for the trustee to object again but it seems to me the judge is the last word and the trustee can object all he/she wants to but it won't change the judge's decision. The trustee made his objections; it was appealed to the judge and he ruled in your favor. End of discussion. It seems pointless for the trustee to object again.
