how do I add to already filed BK?

How do I go aabout filing an amendment to my BK? I have about 2 more companies I need to add to my BK

You'll need to amend your creditors matrix by supplying a supplemental list. Ours was required to be on a floppy disk.. but, you would use whatever your district requires. Then, you'll need to add the creditors to the proper schedules.. unsecured, secured, priority.. wherever they're supposed to be listed. Don't forget that if these debts are secured, you'll have to redo your statement of intentions, too. It costs 26.00 here to amend the matrix.. yours may be different- although I would think that is about the going rate everywhere. Check with your clerks instructions on whether or not there are fees for the other schedules. (probably not.. but, make sure!)

Oh, and BTW- you will have to send all parties of interest a copy of the 341 Notice.. (ie: the creditors you added) and again, check your clerk's instructions.. you may be required to file a certificate of service with those, too.
