    The trustee

Not a question, just venting and observing.
    1. The role of the trustee is to make sure the debtor suffers apparently.
    2. The taking of the Income tax refund baffles me, I will sure to adjust my dependents in june. Im not sure if it is legal to roll the refund onto the next years taxes because it is a refund. The IRS and bankruptcy court should take out just enough to eliminate a refund or a bill. Doesnt the court recognize that most people with a brain will try to eliminate a refund.
    3. I'm beginning to think that the trustee is non human.
    4. I will refer the trustee as pig vomit from now on or PV (thank you howard)
    5. PV wants every year a statement under penalty of perjury of income and expenditures for the prior year and monthly income.
I guess when I go to burger king on april23 I need a receipt?
    6. I guess when I pay off my car in 3 years my payment to PV will increase........great.
    7. If I kill myself will PV make less money? Check that my attourney will sue me if I do that and the IRS and pig vomit would object.
    8. I hope all my fellow bkers paths go straight without any potholes and that their PVs become humane!

That sucks! I am truly sorry that is what you are being required to submit annually. What region of the US are you in? This is the first time I have heard of such a request from a trustee! Submitting receipts and monthly expenditures? What a PITA! FYI, I live in Florida and our trustee also makes us surrender all tax refunds, too. I think in the very least, they could agree to let you keep at least 50% of any tax refunds, since being in a BK to begin with likely means you are strapped with bills as it is. And, since we are not able to obtain any new credit of any kind while in BK, you'd also think they'd be more inclined to let you try to get ahead somewhat by letting you have at least some of your tax refund back.

What district of So. Ca.? I am also in So Ca and on the paperwork it states I need to have a yearly statement ( expenses such as car, rent, electric etc, the "main stuff" and not little stuff like burger king or milk at a store) but when I talked to my lawyer he stated that the trustee put that in just to follow the law but will not enforce it. Thank God. BTW I am the central district.
