Anyone from Arizona and in chapter 13?

I filed my taxes the first of February and received my federal refund in 7 days. After waiting for my state refund and not getting it, I finally called and they said it was sent to their bankruptcy department. I always get a small refund and my trustee has not asked for it so, why would they hold it? I do not owe back taxes and always file every year. Anyone else had this happen?
