Order of Possible Future Dismissal of case

Holy Sh#! I got home and surprise I got a notice from the US Bankruptcy Judge that our case may be dismissed due to not having the schedules completed and the last 60 days worth of pay stubs filed. We just filed on 2/22/08 and finalized the schedules on 2/29. I am freaking out.

I called my attorney but he is with clients. Also I noticed many mistakes on our schedules.

Should I be concerned and assume the attorney will be addressing these issues.

Yes, it is his fault. If he doesn't call me back tonight, then I'll be calling his office tomorrow until I reach him.

Just checked PACER and I see my schedules listed, boy what a relief I should have checked before my initial comment. This whole process is so stressful. I will be glad when it is over. So now I wait for my 341 meeting notice.
