just depends on the pratice of the trustees in your district. You need to ask your lawyer. -
My trustee never even asked about taxes.Comment

Our trustee took our $8,900 tax return. We had a business loss that gave us a big return back. i wish it would have been the normal $1200 we might have been able to keep it then.
