We filed same date Debt my 341 hearing is at end of April I have no clue when the final approval is I got my proposed payment from attorney

I was told the creditors had 120 days from the date filed.

Which would be somewhere around the end of June.

Update: 9 claims filed so far since I filed on 2/22/08. Is this fast or am I paranoid.

Secured: 1 claim Mortgage $74,767.49
Unsecured: 8 claims $19,190.52

At this rate all of them will file a claim.
