    Oh my god, I think I'm going to cry!

    I just went through the pacer phone line...

    And it said my case status was awaiting closing!

    Soooo, I'm discharged??? I had talked to my attorney's office this week since my condo was supposed to be sold through the title company on the 4th. They said it's most likely moving along.

      That's excellent news! I hope that you get your discharge soon. When you say you went through the phone line, was that b/c you don't have access online?? If you did have access online I think it says when you are discharged right under the Docket Report.
      11/14/07 -filed C7 12/04/07 -case pulled for random audit.12/18/07 -341 held: Asset case due to engagement ring & tax return.02/19/08 - US trustee files motion to extend. 04/02/08- changed back to NO ASSET! I get my ring back and get to keep my tax return! :clapping: 04/28/08 -DISCHARGED!!! :yahoo::yahoo: 05/07/08 - CLOSED!!!

        I don't have online access, I didn't want to get suck into that.
