    19 days past 341 and I have a question...

    Our 341 was on 16-Jun.

As I mentioned in another thread the US Trustee showed up and asked about our expenses, took a few bank statements that we had. And yes, we informed her about the unexpected baby my wife is carrying (10 weeks & we heard a heartbeat last week! )

The CH7 trustee just asked me what I though my house was worth, and seemed satisfied with my answer.

Once everything was over, neither trustee gave any indication of what to expect next, although our attorney said he thought we were fine.

When should I expect to see anything in PACER regarding our exemptions? How soon after the 30 days from the 341 does that usually show up?

    thanks

on that baby - if YOUR excited too!!!!

Now you sit back and wait approx 60 days to see if any creditors file a objection, (most don't depending on case). If there are no objections and the Trustee's find nothing out-of-sorts (so to speak) you should get a discharge in 60-90 days.

So now "welcome to the waiting game"!!!

After that it's downhill all the rest of the way to home base!

Post on Pacer is behind right now due to the heavy inflow of people filing before the deadline in Oct. regarding the new laws. Just check it periodically and you'll see things gradually posting to it.

    Good luck, keep us posted.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
