What happens if you forget a creditor or two (there is one or two that I do not remember) then file C7 and find out a year or two later or you get a summons for the ones you forget? If you go C7, is it fact that all credit card debts acquired before C7 have no merit?? I know there were one or two from 3-5 years ago that I can not find.

Do you owe these old credit accounts? If you owe them nothing, then you don't have to list them.
They should appear on your credit report. You can get a free copy of your credit report right now online. Look here in this site for the link, I think it's a STICKIE at the top of one of the forums about Credit Reports.
That said, if you forget one, I believe at least in some states it is still discharged.
But I'd run a credit report - it should be there if you owe them anything.<<I am NOT an attorney, my comments are anecdotal only. Contact an attorney for advice>>

this is what i did, I had old credit reports from atleast 3 yrs back to current, I listed every tom dick and harry. Then my hubby and I sat down and went over it to see if we had any lost ones that may try to pop up later.. but I know you can reopen a chp7 in my district. I dont know the timeframe. Also there is a fee for this around 200-300 here plus you would have to amend the schedule which is another 26.00.. I would call your district bk court clerk and ask, I know when I amended my schedule f they told me fees and required Docs.*Filed Chp 7 bk 11/13/07 PRO SE :yahoo::yahoo:[x]
