What is the normal hourly rates for bankruptcy lawyers when they represent you during adversial proceedings? Thanks.

There is no general average that can be quoted as there is too much regional and city by city variation. I would think in general metro areas $250 per hour and up would be about the norm, in rural areas you might find $150-$250.

Also, keep in mind, you generally need to give a retainer equal to about 10 hours wroth of work up-front.
