341 over & QUESTIONS - PLEASE HELP
Hi all,
We had our 341 today and I think it went pretty well. We have a no asset Ch7. No creditors showed up - not even Sears!
So, what should we expect now? How soon will Pacer be updated and how often should I check it? I can't wait for this to be over.
Also, we are surrendering a few things - mobile home, car, two motorcycles. We have received requests for ROS (relief of stay) on the mobile home (we've already moved out) and the car (we've already surrendered it).
We haven't received anything on the motorcycles - when will we have to surrender them? I should note that one is carried by American Honda Finance but the other might be on an unsecured credit line (we can't tell for sure by the credit report). Do you think we'll get to keep the other motorcycle due to the way it was financed?
