Just filed. Anything special we need to do?

Just filed our BK CH7 about 2 weeks ago. Anything special we need to do in terms of finances? Is there anything we should not do?

We just received our tax refund and need some new drapes....
and our refund will allow us to have them..... + also pay our car payment 1 month in advance + buy us a lot of food.

Any ideas on what we should do?
