Charge-off BK?

Can you include items that have been charged off in your bankruptcy? Will those get discharged? I would assume so since CA's come after you. But I have a few from 4 years ago. They are almost past the SOL for Texas. Will they still be allowed?

Yes, you can and should include charge-offs in your bankruptcy. As best as possible, you want to list the original creditor along with all the collection agencies that you know of that handled the account.
