    Auto withdraw mortgage payments

Can anyone tell me what happened if they had payments for mortgage set for automatic withdraw on their mortgage, if after filing they continued withdrawing those funds? We are going to keep our home and have been on auto withdraw for a very long time and I wasn't sure that would continue. I am hopefully it will.

Also when it was set up on auto withdraw, it gave us the choice of having it withdrawn from the 1st-15th, we simply picked the day. It has been withdrawn on the 15th for probably 4-5 yrs on this date. Is this a problem?

I have gone online, printed all payments made on both mortgages, just so we have proof we have never been late, or had a late fee. Now I am nervous my mortgages trying to make this more difficult then cc and we don't intend to stop making payments on the house, we want to keep it current.

They'll stop automatic withdrawals when notified of the bk. To continue to do so violates the automatic stay. You'll need to contact the lender and arrange to mail the payments. Once the debt is reaffirmed, you'll be allowed to setup auto withdrawals.
