Form 23..missed 45 day deadline

OMG my husband and I are panicking. We registered for the debtor education that needs to be completed after the 341 in plenty of time, but had some technical difficulties and couldn't log on and forgot about completing our course. Now we are 55 days past 341 meeting. Will our case be dismissed? Our attorney sent us our letter stating the standard...thank you for using our firm and you won't be needing us any more, but didn't mention the Form 23 missing from our documents. Any thoughts? Our discharge is scheduled for March 24th, 2008...
