    Arbitration Judgement

If I don't respond within 30 days after the date of the arb letter- they then win a judgment from the court- do I have to be notified when my wages will be garnished? Do they have to give you a set date? I'm thinking not to respond to the arb letter (MannBracken) - court gives me a date of first garnshment- lets say June 1st- I figure if I get my case # by 5/31, i'm OK- correct?

Heck, if bk is the end game, why not have a little fun and just play 'em. I'd respond and make them spend some time and money and come out of it with nothing.
Is this a local court proceeding or, before some national arbitration panel? If it's the latter, that judgment will need to be domesticated in your state and they will take some time.
