Why doesn't Nissan cash our check?

We filed about 3 weeks ago we have our 341 meeting on April 8th. We have 2 vehicles 1 we are giving back the other we are keeping, I sent my payment to them well over a week ago, normally by now the check would have been cashed. Has anyone ever had a problem with their car finance co, cashing the checks for payment??

That seems weird, that they wouldn't accept the payment.
Is the car you are planning to keep worth more or less than what you owe on it? If it's worth more, maybe they WANT to repossess it? (Just guessing...) I've heard that they seldom repossess a car that a client is paying on, though... I'd give it another few days to see if the check clears. If not you may want to have your attorney call them...?
