I'm worried........

according to the Pacer, I still have not been credited for having done my Debt. Education. I have called my lawyer twice, both times I was told it would be taken care of that day. also yesterday i refaxed the certificate to him with a note explaining things. I am getting close to the 45 days. i completed the course on Feb. 8th.
what will happen to me if my lawyer doesnt get this done for me? will they dismiss my case? will I have to go back to court? if so, can I just show them the certificate and then things will be ok again? can I fax it to the court myself?

I would personally deliver the copy again to the attorney.
I'm not the biggest fan of faxing things over, I like to make sure whatever I'm sending gets there. As far as other stuff, I'm sure some other members here with more knowledge can help you with that. Good luck and stay on your attorney about getting this done.
