Moving expenses

As I have posted elsewhere - I am currently surrendering my home(HELOC will go too), but I have to pay the movers(end of the month)- it's about 600.00 dollars, I am short this month, so I was planning on charging it, and then paying the CC back next month(actually in about 2 weeks). I am planning on filing for chp7 in June- will I be OK to do the charge, as the movers are COD. Is moving expense a 'luxury' - as I could do the Uhaul i supposed...

Ha- love answering my own questions. I spoke with atty and he stated that I will have to plan on paying it back. Here in MN it's OK to make payments up to 600.00 per month on any given unsecured debt. If you go over that it will be treated as preferential.
