I need help with my computer!!

I am trying to read different posts and everytime I click on one I am interested in the page loads then a new page comes up that has all of this garbage on it. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Below is what shows up.

If you do have spyware or a virus that you can't get rid of, a wonderful forum to ask questions is bleepingcomputer.com. The folks there saved my life a while back....you gotta be willing to do a little work though.
