So I just filed Friday and today, Tuesday, I already got an ad in the mail from a car place who specializes in BK.

And, my mortgage company took away my online access. Crap. I was going to pay my mortgage online next month, unless of course, I did surrender it. I knew you guys said stuff happens quick and it's amazing how fast they can react.

Wait till after the 341, the postal carrier will need a UHaul trailer with auto financing deals. They prey at night.

I can only imagine what it is like after the discharge.

Wow you said we wouldn't have trouble getting a loan for a car you weren't kidding. Congrats Teddy! Hopefully I will be following soon, I really can't wait, nerves and all I just want this behind us!

I can't believe how fast that car place got that letter in the mail. It seems like it had to be within a day of my filing for me to have it!

I'm sure I'll be chilling here, no doubt about that!

Car loan rates immediately would probably be 18-21% though, I have decided it best to keep my car. I spoke to a guy who does the financing of bk cases and he told me that if I like my car and it's a good car just to keep it and try to pay it off.

Haha! I am finding out that things move fast too! I started getting ads from lawyers trying to entice me to "save my house from foreclosure". 3 days later, I was served with court paperwork stating HSBC was foreclosing on my house.

I got another letter/ad yesterday.
