Just curious...does anyine have any stats they have found regarding whether or not BK's are on the rise?

Any figures compared to last year?

I was curious as to whether filing during a time when BK's are up almost double would decrease the chances of filings being looked at harder or not.

Funny I posted a very similar thread. I do believe our economy is effecting BK filing, don't know stats though.

I too am curious if this will decrease trustees time spent on every BK. Not that it matters ours is very simple.

Also wondered if people would use their stimulus ck to file, my attorney thinks alot of people will. I know he's swamped due to how many BK's he's working on right now.
