    Received paperwork to convert today

I have looked all through the search threads but I'm not able to see if people who were considering converting from Ch 13 to a 7 actually did and it was approved. If I missed the thread please point to right direction or please tell me about your experience.

    Here's my situation:
    Sep 2007 filed ch 13
confirmed Nov. 07 and been making payments to trustee on time, never late. Attorney got paid first from disbursement then a missed house payment.
Paying back 49% and of course 100% of secured which is 2 cars and 3 missed house payments and 2k in furniture but they didn't file claim (dont know if that matters).
Job reduced man hours so went from $5500.00 combined monthly income (married) to now only about $3000.00 a month for us. Can't afford our payments to trustee no longer. I filled out paperwork attny sent but worried that if we are able to convert then I'll lose my house. We have been making our house payments outside the plan on time but have those 2 missed house payments in the Ch. 13. If all we have to pay is our normal 2 car payments then we can do that too. I've lost so much sleep over this and have been racking my brain trying to do research on the interent I am hoping you guys who have been there done that can help me......PLEASE I'm driving my husband CRAZY over all the what if's I keep asking.

    THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
