Another car question>>

Question, can someone please tell me IF I would be able to do this and still file BK without a major load of problems..

I currently own a car that I have a small lien on and has equity, my question is this.. IF I decide to sell the vehicle before BK and cannot sell it without problems would I be able to re-fiannce this vehicle through the same bank that my small lien is through and in 6 or 7 months file for bk?? The bank would just get the car back, I have two cars, one financed, that I will keep and make payments on and the other car that I want to re-fi, pay all of my bills on time including that payment up to the date I decide to file on IF I decide to file at all..

SOMEONE PLEASE help with this question!!

He has equity and just a small balance. New debt, though, might be tricky if you've already spoken to an attorney re BK.
