My husband and I have 8-months to go in our 36-month plan.
We have moved to a new state and are trying to license our cars. The state we moved to is requiring a copy of the title be faxed to the DMV for verification. Since both of the cars are in the CH13, I needed to contact the lenders: Chrysler Credit and VW Credit.
VW complied quickly and faxed the title to the DMV. However, Chrysler will not even speak to me - said that my lawyer has to call their lawyer to discuss. My lawyer has sent several emails to Chrysler on this request, and are not getting any return correspondances.
Has anyone had to go through something like this? I'm in a holding-pattern on this and not sure what to do next!
