Amendments after 341 meeting

I really need a quick answer on this one.....We filed April 6, 341 meeting was May 31, so I am due to be discharged as soon as Aug 1. My problem is this...listed a rental contract for equipment on the executory contract page ( not as a creditor) since that time the contract has expired and the equipment was returned to the individual who owned it, however, they have since convinced my husband that he still owed them money on the original contract(dated prior to bk), and got him to sign an agreement to pay them additional money to "complete" the original contract. I'M STEAMED, because we were paid in full. Problem..this contract is signed July 10....any way possible to amend my BK and add this?? or am I going to have to go thru small claims with these people instead? Please respond asap as I cannot get an Atty to answer my question and the court just refers me to the trustee who just chews my butt for not using an atty in the first place. Thanks

You can always add them, and if there is any problem, the court can sort it out. The worst that can happen is you will still have to pay the money, which is the position your in know, so you might as well try.
