    required documentation/reciepts.HELP!

Can a trustee request reciepts and not having any will it be a problem? I am a non asset case. I do not own a home. I do not have cable bills or suscribe to any clubs. My entertainment is limited to a lunch and a movie once a week. so I listed 100$/mo for that. 50/$mo cloths for I lost so much weight I need to Replace my cloths. I have less than 50$ in disposable income. My legal fees alone are so much I stopped going out and buying cloths so I can get the legal fees paid. So I have not been able to get the things i need and have not had fun while i am paying my fees. And prior to filing I never in a million years thought I would need reciepts. So I do not keep them. The only reciepts I keep are for money orders and major purchases. Can this hurt my case??? I am sure I am not the only one that does not save reciepts and has no idea of the need to untill it is too late. what other documents can the trustee ask for? I do keep w-2's, paystubs, an my past 2 months bill statements

Short answer, yes, the trustee can ask for them. Sounds like he is asking for you to justify your expenses. (there is more to be a no-asset case than having exempt property.)

well he has not asked for anything yet. I just filed. But I herd they sometimes ask for those things. In my opinion when you first have your innitial consoltation(sp) they should tell you what can be possibly asked for.
