This entry is made a couple of times in the History/Documents section. What does it mean? There aren't any documents attached to it.

Did you have an attorney file you BK petition? If yes, all it means is that your attorney paid the filing fee. When you e-file the petition, the attorney pays the filing fee by credit or debit card, the entry you see is the docket entry indicating that he filing fee has been paid.
