Collection agency still calling post-341

My pro se 341 last week went well, no requests for further info, nothing in the mail to that effect yet.

HOWEVER, Stanley Weinberg and Assocates, a collection agency, just started calling me with no info about the account they're representing. I have left some angry voice mails but they called again today.

Should I report them to BK court? I told them in my messages that I had had my 341 --

Did you give them your case number? They shouldn't be calling.

I would remind them that they are breaking the law, give them your attorney's phone number, and tell them if they call again, you will see them in court for violating your rights under the automatic stay of filing BK.

Do Not Talk On The Phone.

Write to them CMRR, include a copy of the 341 notice and in your limited Cease and Desist letter to them, remind them that they are breaking the law.. creditboards.com has sample letters and the statute numbers..

Talking on the phone is a he said/ she said no win scenario.
