Several days ago I visited a nearby casino and attempted to cash advance my credit card at the ATM for $100.
The machine however only dispensed $20. When I brought up this matter to management/cashier, they said that they don't own the ATMs, but gave me the name of the company that did, and the bank's name through which the transaction went through.
Two days later my credit card's website showed this transaction as being $100.
In a CRRR letter I disputed the amount, and in it explained what happened, and gave them the name of the Casino, name of the owner/operator of the ATM, and the name of the bank through which the transaction went through.
Will this dispute be successfull or am I now f....d out of $80.
By the way - just after I was f...d over, another customer had the same problem, after which management put an "out of order" sign on the machine.
