ok heres the deal can you use a credit card after the 341 or would it be best to wait until discharge? The card did not have a balance on it when I filed and still doesent so I was not required to list it, any ideas?

Technically you arent suppose to get anything on credit while your BK is pending, but was wondering why would you want to do this anyways? -
i have never used this card and im afraid if there is no activity on it they will close the account not a huge deal but i would like to use that card to help rebuild. But I doubt they would close it that quickly do you?Comment
