I am considering filing chap 7 if I can, and I was trying to elliveate my monthly billsthree months ago and took out a Home Equity line of credit for 10,000. Is this dischargable? Will I lose my house unless I reaffirm this debt? If I do, it would be pointless to even file. What are my options?
