problem with vehicle

My brakes need to be done, i got an estimate for 750 plus tax. That includes wheel bearings and rotors too. I dont have the money and no credit, except for Sears. I'm not sure if they do brakes, but i will call and ask. We havent been using are cards due to us wanting to file soon. We are hoping to wait until june or july, just so we can save some money before hand. If i do use the
sears card, would that be ok. Also if i use it should i wait another 90 days. As of March, we did stop paying on all are cards except for Sears and a couple of others. Thanks alot again!!!

In any event, brakes are not a luxury purchase, so I wouldn't worry about it. Use the Sears card if you have too.

HI again, I ended up spending 1700 at sears. My vehicle needed a bunch of stuff done. The one shop i took it to, said i needed a new motor, but ended up doing something to it to keep it going, and there i put 300 on one card and 350 on another card. I still pay my sears and the one card we put the 300 on, but not on the one we put the 350 on. Does anyone think this will be an issue. Because of the recent charges, we will pay the min. until we file, maybe Aug 1st to pass the 90 day mark. Thanks so much again!!!

The charges probably won't be a problem, but it sounds like you might want to get your vehicle situation fully under control before you file a 13. You may not have a lot of disposable income after you file and start making your payments to the trustee for car repair. 5 years with a car needing so much attention may be tough.
