Im so jealous of you, you are almost there I had my 341 last week lol i have 60 days of playing the waiting game. They are probably just swamped with bks If your attorney hasnt contacted you dont sweat it.

I would ask your attorney or call the trustee's office. That sounds like too long. I dont think you have anything to worry about or they would have notes on your case...like they did mine. I am sure they are swamped with filers so it is probably nothing but just to reduce your stress level ask.

I posted this on another thread the other day. It just sounds like they are very swamped and it's still only July. Wait until Sept rolls around. This year maybe a new record.

It's probably that they are just backed up. You can always call the clerks office and find out what is going on. Sometimes some misc. document is missing, or the trustee forgot to file a report (and the clerk gets on the trustees ass about that).

CALM DOWN..............PATIENCE IS A GOOD THING.......

You are awaiting your discharge papers, the courts are swamped, the trustee is up to his "eyeballs" in cases.
                SO DON'T PANIC OUT!!
The 61 day thing means your case has been open with the court for 61 days. Remember, the creditors have 60 days from the 341 meeting to object.
How would you like to check and find it saying 259 days and still open, DUH...... MINE WAS!! AND STILL IS!!
My case is very unusual and is in its 14th month......Be glad you aren't ME!!!!

So sit back, loosen up, laugh a little, and smile, it's almost over....
