Hi,
I just scheduled a second appointment with a lawyer and still have alot of nervous questions. Here are the questions
1. I take home roughly 3500 a month but should take a little less due to taxes as I have to pay at the end of the year. Actual take home should be 3200.
2. What are approved monthly living expenses? food/cell and home phone?Any where i could find a complete list.
3. What is acceptable disposable income after all cc/food/rent has been paid? This is for chapter 7. any help would be great. I have around 750 dollars a month i pay in cc/loans- unsecured Does this not count toward expenses.
4. My wife just left me so I no longer have her income but the bills.
5 Most from gambling debt. Its screwed up
