and so far nothing has been entered into PACER. Does this mean I am OK as far as exemptions are concerned??

If something had been filed would it be in PACER - for me it still says 'awaiting first meeting' - the meeting was 16June05.

Does the 30 days include weekends, or do they count business days only.

The days include weekends. If something was wrong it would typically show up in Pacer.
